Weekdays (8 am to 5 pm):
Minimum Charge: £90 (including VAT), which covers the first hour of expert work, full diagnostics, and travel within 5 miles.
1 Plumber: £90 per hour (including VAT)
2 Plumbers: £120 per hour (including VAT)
Weekends, Bank Holidays & Out of Hours (5 pm to 8 am):
Minimum Charge: £130 (including VAT), which covers the first hour of expert work, full diagnostics, and travel within 5 miles.
1 Plumber: £130 per hour (including VAT)
2 Plumbers: £180 per hour (including VAT)
+ Parts: Prices may vary due to inflation, quality, availability, and location.

Fixed-Rate & Day Rate Services:
Some of our services are offered at a fixed rate, while others can be provided at a day rate for larger or more ongoing projects. Here’s a breakdown:
Gas Safety Certificates: £96 (including VAT) for the boiler + any additional gas appliances
Powerflushing: Price varies depending on the size of the system (please contact us for a quote)
For larger projects or extended work, we offer a day rate, which can be more cost-effective than hourly billing. Please contact us for a personalised quote based on the scope and duration of your project.
