We are your local family run gas, plumbing & heating business serving the Berkshire area. Our Fletcher Family employees, Steve, Teresa, Andy and Patrick currently live in Caversham, Earley and Brimpton.

Andy fletcher was the first employee, who decided to become a self employed gas engineer 30+ years ago, after training as an apprentice as an industrial plumber when he was just 16. Steve has been plumbing and on the payroll for over 30 years and also performs many duties including bricking in old flues.  Patrick who has a degree in Motorsport engineering joined the team most recently and is looking at newer technology, such as controls and heat pumps. Teresa is based in the office, handling parts, logistics and customer service. This makes for a diverse, dynamic blend of experiences  & personalities at Fletcher Family.
