🔧 Boiler Installation Times

A typical boiler installation takes 1 to 3 days, including a system powerflush. The exact timing depends on the complexity of the job. Here's a general guide:

• Straight replacement

• System upgrade
  (e.g., combi to system boiler): 2–4 days
  
  

• Boiler + hot water cylinder replacement: 2–3 days
  
  

• Relocation or additional pipework: 2+ days
  
  

📍 Areas We’ll Need Access To

Please ensure these areas are clear and accessible before the installation:

• Radiators – To bleed or test the system, and open/close TRVs during powerflushing
  
  

• Boiler location – Kitchen, utility room, cupboard, or loft—this is the main workspace
  
  

• Gas meter – To shut off the gas supply and perform safety checks
  
  

• Water mains – Usually under the kitchen sink or near the stopcock
  
  

• Flue exit point – Typically a wall or roof; needs to be safe and compliant
  
  

• Consumer unit (fuse box) – For wiring boiler controls or adding a fused spur
  
  

• Outside tap & drain – Preferred for powerflushing the system
